3. Terms & Conditions

Product images are representative only and may vary slightly from the actual item (e.g. due to packaging updates). Availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to substitute or cancel unavailable items, with notification to you.

3.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, if a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will always contact you before charging a corrected price.

3.5 Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order — we may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

3.6 Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, weather, traffic). You are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and being available (or nominating a safe location) to receive perishable goods.

3.7 Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate delivery information and inspect your delivery promptly on arrival, particularly for perishable and frozen goods, and report any issues per our Return & Refund Policy.

3.8 Allergens

Always check product packaging for the most up-to-date allergen and ingredient information before consumption, in line with UK food allergen labelling law (the 14 major allergens under retained EU Regulation 1169/2011 / the Food Information Regulations 2014). Product descriptions on the Site are provided for guidance only and are not a substitute for the physical label.

3.9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to [Company name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
